remote add destinations to Columbus navigation?

Featured Replies

Apologies for a non-Octavia specific question but I have just acquired a Mk4 and had the impression from somewhere that it is possible to add destinations to the nav system without using the car's touchscreen, which is tedious if you have a lot to enter, and use the MySkoda app which I have on my Google pixel 7 phone. Is this in fact possible?  I can't see a way to do it at present.

In theory a route can be planned in the app and sent to the car satnav system. However, it isn’t available on the early builds such as my 2020 SEL First Edition - despite it being splattered over the brochure 🙄

Even on the later 21 car when much of the 2020 glitches are sorted, I cannot get the send to car option to work properly. Destination is sent to the car but it won’t “save”. Typically Skoda are useless in offering help.
