Fingers crossed i pick up my new to me 22 octavia 2.0d. 

Question is do they still have the silicka bag of doom in the header tanks and if so will it void any warranty if I fish it out and deposit it in the bin 

I thought they'd removed them as the G12 Evo coolant has made the bag obsolete.

My MK3 FL doesn't have it from 2017.
