Skoda Octavia 2018 cannot connect with Smartlink

Hi,

I have been trying to connect with Smartlink via USB to be able to use Android Auto or Apple Carplay but no success. I have tried both Android, Iphone several kind of cables but no luck. It always stucks as the image show

When you caonnect the phone with USB cable is there any message displayed in the upper left corner?

 

Can you insert VCDS log from 5F unit so we can see if there is any error reported?

Nothing in the upper left corner except my address.
I don't have the VCDS log, but do you know if my car have support for Smartlink ?

And trying to figure out how to get those logs
