Since a recent holiday I have been unable to reconnect to Intelligent. I had deleted the app as it was cutting off the charge after about 6 minutes. Returning home I can no longer connect to Intelligent. I have been told it is a known problem with VAG group cars. I now set my Enyaq to charge itself during the cheaper hours. I have a Sync 7kw charger. Has anybody found a way to connect? I was pointed to the Octopus website, see attached....January!!!!

I'm finally connected. I had to renew my Skoda Connect and bingo...£13 well spent
