Some fully-loaded "ex demo" vehicles have been known to be lent out to motoring jounalists and reviewers, hence the high mileage over a short period. I wouldn't worry as it would be well PDI'd and serviced so it wouldn't get slagged off too much. Just make sure that you take a thorough look around the vehicle and check for minor damage on bodywork, wheels and tyres. Something like a VRS would have the arse thrashed off it, so I'd avoid that used.
