Hi Folks - I need a favour - is anyone on here in or near Loughborough? 

 

I am in Scotland, my daughter is at College in Loughborough and she was involved in a very minor low speed car accident the other day, the Fabia has damage to the pass side headlight and wing. Because of the age (2010) the insurance company have just written it off without even inspecting it. She has sent me photographs and from what I can see it is only panel damage and a replacement front wing that is needed. I am therefore considering a buy back and repair it. 

 

Being 18 and having little knowledge of cars, my daughter is not much use - Is there anyone with a bit of knowledge that could cast a quick look at it to see if there is anything more that I cant see.

 

Alternatively can anyone recommend a local garage/bodyshop that would be happy to fit second hand parts and not looking to take the pre-verbial to repair it. 

 

I would normally do it myself, but because of the distance it is not really practical.

Turns out the insurance company transported it back to the Home address. So all good.
