DIY Spark plug change

I would like to check / maybe change / the spark plugs on my 2018 Kodiaq 2.0L TSI.

I have changed spark plugs on many cars, but never on a VW group car.

I have watched many videos on how to do this on various Skodas / VWs but none of them have the spark plug coils that look just like mine. For one thing, mine have what seems to be an extra wire attached with a nut and bolt.

The procedure seems to be easy apart from the stage of unclipping the coils. It seems that tabs need to be disengaged, and it's easy to break them. I've not seen any video which actually describes the steps adequately, on my engine.

Can anyone help please?
