Suspension upgrade for TDI

Featured Replies

OK lets have your thoughts on the following options.....

1) get the shocks and springs off the furby vrs fitted (anyone want to flog me theirs?????? ;))

2) following the successful fitting of the seat strut brace fit the seat sports kit for an ibiza tdi.

A standard sports kit is not an option as I really dont want to lower by 35mm as I'm sure the front valance would not last long with the learners!

Also anyone know of an anti-roll kit for the furby tdi

I'm looking into a ARB kit for the Furby atm Andy.

You have PM about your suspension (also mentioned elsewhere)

Cheers

Ross

Eibach didn't do an ARB kit when I had the suspension done on mine.

I certainly feel the standard suspension on the Furby RS is an excellent compromise between handling and comfort. Maybe you could fit the ARBs of an RS too as they are thicker.

Having had Konis and eibachs on my tdi, I can tell you that the handling really was excellent but the ride was firmer than on the RS. You could really throw it around though! :D
