SOS error and Fault Code 1048578 - No Basic Setting

Good afternoon, 

 

Jumped in the car yesterday to be greeted by 12v low battery and then the SOS fault on the dash. The SOS Button is green and still dials the emergency services.  Is there a way to clear the fault?

 

Did a quick scan and the only fault in there is:  Fault Code 1048578 - No Basic Setting, only have an OBD scanner and car scanner app. Tried to clear but fault stays.

 

Only had the car delivered Friday, any thoughts?
