i’ve got a 2021 Octavia VRS 

Someone bumped into my front splitter , i’m assuming on a bicycle , while my car was parked on the road. Did not even bother to leave a note or anything. Unfortunately no CCTV around, no ring door cameras and no dashcam which i will probably purchase now. As a result the front splitter has massive scratches on it and needs replacing as it doesn’t look really nice and i also want to change my car in 2025 and this one will need trading in. Does anyone know how much this would cost to replace and whether i’d need a “ professional” to do it or whether it’s easy to do it yourself. I’ve seen loads of different prices for the splitter online from £60 to £400. Any help would be appreciated

It might be worth getting in touch with a SMART repairer to get a price, that looks like it should be repair/repaintable rather than fitting a new one.

 

Unless, of course, that part is removable and replaceable for less, I don't know that bit though.
