Hi all, quick question I’ve just topped up the engine oil after the oil light came on, topped up fine but now the management light is on, no oil spills anywhere of note, oil level is fine I’m at a loss as to what it is

You need to get a fault code scan done, there are so many reasons why the engine management light can come on so it's really impossible to guess.
