I’ve been researching this information for quite a while, but with no results. Does anybody knows if rear bumper from Octavia 2 HB would fit into a combi version? Any information would be much appreciated.

I’ve done all the searching a person like me can do, so now it was either me writing a post here or relying on my psychic abilities (they aren’t very reliable) - no harm intended.

According to the parts catalogue page for an '06 Octy mk2 HERE the standard combi/estate and saloon bumpers are not the same - different part numbers.  What is not clear is how they differ, unfortunately.

 

Note that there are also different bumpers for the RS & Scout variants.

 

I have spare bumpers from an '07 combi which I can examine anon if that helps.

Hmmm, I think that speaks for itself. Thanks for engaging and solving my issue.

in the old thread i linked, theres mention of the sill being lower on the combi.
