Fuse box tray replacement

Hey everyone 

I’ve done something very silly “ not the first time “ 

I tried to instal a subwoofer I didn’t disconnect the battery while doing that “ 😶 “ 

apparently fuse box tray needs to be replaced as a result ..managed to work my way around and start the car after it’s been dead .engine light came on , ABS and hand brake lights on it’s like Xmas tree out here in my dashboard 

anyone know if mk4 fit in  and any websites I should look at
