Ambient lighting

Featured Replies

Hi,

Does the new Scala come with any ambient lighting by default, or is this only a paid extra?

Also, would appreciate some pics of how it looks like during the night if anyone would be so kind to post some. :)

Thanks

I have the SE trim and there is no lighting.  The MC version might.....

Hello Jon15,

My Scala 2024, with the Monte Carlo trim, features ambient lighting. It’s a soft light, only visible along the dashboard and available in just two colors, white and red (selectable through the central screen menu).

I’m not sure if other trims have this type of lighting.

Attached is a photo with red lighting.

I hope this helps. Best regards.

I have a 2019 SE model. It has ambient lighting in the footwells in the front. A bit pointless.

The 2024 SEL has the ambient lighting.

Thanks for that. So there's no lighting strips on the doors then?

Hi. No, the ambient lighting is limited to the dashboard, in white and red colors, and also in the footwell area, but in this case, only in white. I am attaching real photos of my car. The light you see is not as intense, it’s softer. The phone camera has enhanced the intensity. I hope this helps you.

Apparently it only has white, there is no red. That's strange, I thought That ambient lighting consisted of red and white.

The problem is, now we've seen the red, we'd really like it. Argh. Purple would be cool too. We can't un-see what we've seen.
