Hello,

i have 2020 skoda octavia ambition, when im trying to become primary user i get unable to load user profile…

anyone has seen or had this problem and knows how to resolve it?

In the UK it’s usual that to become the main user a main dealer has to verify ownership and they then update the Škoda servers in some way. All to do with the privacy laws as the main user can track the vehicle.

I guess a similar process would apply in your country too.
