The door wiring loom looks a bit butchered. You might need to replace that.

The part that the wiring plugs into is the window regulator that raises and lowers the glass. That has nothing to do with mirrors, so most likely the wires going to the mirrors are broken too. Usually they break where the wiring loom goes from the door to the pillar.

Okay thank you could you try to find me the correct one as with wiring I never no what to buy lol

You can put your car reg number into a car parts website  and look for door loom or window regulator.

No offence meant, but if you can't find the parts online, do you have the knowledge to diagnose which part is faulty, and the skills to install a replacement?

Maybe have somebody more knowledgeable look at it so you don't end up buying parts you don't need. Then have a go at doing the work yourself.

If its an original Skoda/vw part it will have a part number stamped into the plastic or a sticker. My window motor is 1K0959792C. Yours may well be a different number but shoud look similar. . I generally google the part number and see what comes up. Try ebay for second hand ones? As far as the wiring loom for the door I reckon it will be a Skoda only part. I would replace/check wiring first. If the wwindows and mirrors arent working then its probably the wiring. Saying that it looks like someone has had a go at soldering the terminals on the motor.

Can confirm, that's the spot. In my case central locking wiring from driver side back door:  Everything was looking good, but copper threads within the plastic sleeve were  cut. 10" piece of new wire and two joints later lock was working again as  I didn't want to make a joint at the same spot, it wouldn't last.
