Best MagSafe Octavia 2020 car iPhone Pro Max holder?

Featured Replies

Hi all

its Black Friday 2024 and I have a iPhone 15 pro max with a MagSafe case.

i have discovered that the pro max is too big for the cup holder space in the Octavia 2019/2020 model and it will fit in the area under the controls but I would now like to look at a MagSafe holder.

questions

and facts

1. It must be strong enough to hold device such as a heavy pro max iPhone with a strong magnet over bumpy rounds

2. how will it fit? Window suction devices fall off, MagSafe air vents holders, do they damage the air vents. Is the overall weight too much for the vents?

3. other devices that glue to the dashboard I personally don’t like, however some taxis have the old style clamps that push between the panels.

Just with so many holders there must be a top 3 devices out there in the UK market that other Skoda drivers use without damaging the dashboard etc.

I am worried that a cheap £10-20 device in the air vents may break the vents that then cost ms £100’s to fix. Also weak magnets that let the mobile fall during driving, letting the phone fall under your feet or damage the screen.

all advice is good advice.

cheers all in advance …

+ clip is needed:

Have Brodit system for years- super quality and nothing bounces. + Free access to both central air vents and emergency signal button.
ProClip (specifically made for exact car) idea is super- various types of Brodit holders can be attached.
Yes, it's not cheap- but it will be last phone holder you'll need.
