First Base rear screen camera fitting, top middle of the screen or bottom middle?

I originally bought a cam with a rear facing camera plug in but I didn't like it I now want to fit a cabled rear screen camera.

My first choice would be bottom centre but top centre might be quicker and easier. I can run the cable along the edge of

the roof lining right from front to back. Can anyone see any snags? practical or legal.
