My vehicle's dashboard is faulty, the battery charge light does not come on, and since it does not light up, the vehicle charger is not activated. How else can I solve this problem?

Never speak about cars to whoever told you this ever again!

The charge warning lamp only illuminates when there is an actual discharge on the battery (and maybe not then if this car has an alternator exciter wire).

When you turn the key at 1scale the red light does not come on?

How is the situation of your battery?

The charge lamp is in series with alternator excitatuon wire on Favorit and Felicia. On older cars, alternator wouldn't work if the bulb was burned, Felicia has a bypass resistor, not sure about Favorit. @ozanozten06's issue may indicate faulty regulator, or problem with wiring.

My socket here is broken. The socket to which the battery light is connected. I have no choice but to have it repaired.

You mean is out a bit from it's position and there is no good contact in the pins?

Few drops of glue for plastics can do the job.

I recall that the bulb is the "bootstrap" circuitry of the voltage regulator, which supplies a small current to the excitation winding.

When the alternator builds voltage the voltage difference between bulb anode and cathode diminishes and the current flow is stopped.

It pretty much works to provide the initial current to get the alternator self-sustaining generation because residual magnetism is not enough

It is correct according to Skoda manual with the ignition on if the alternator light is off the alternator will never begin charging

You have to make a wiring test via multimeter.

Hello, I made it by sandwiching toothpicks and instant glue in between. 

Uhm you can always just twist the prongs but whatever floats your boat

Must be registered to the: "There, i fix it".
