Just purchased a 2017 Octavia scout. Whe checking under the hood It looks like part of the air intake pipe is missing? I've attached pics of where I believe pipe is missing could anybody please help and confirm if there is a part missing and if so can I get a replacement part or do I need to replace all the ducting? Thankyou

Yes, air guide is missing. The missing section consists of few parts. You dont have to replace what you have left.

Not been hidden in the boot somewhere by the previous owner?

Performance upgrade, cold air intake.

 

I would personally take the photos (after having a look online yourself) to a dealer parts department. They might charge you a few bob more than skodaparts.com, but at least then you'll have the right parts. You're missing the pipe in-between the duct and the air box.
