Kodiaq question - auto cruise control speed adjustment

Hi all

First post here in a few years due to non-Skoda ownership! We are about to place an order for a new Kodiaq Sportline and I've got a question.

The demo car that we drove automatically adjusted the cruise control set speed when it detected speed limit signs. Is that a standard feature or an optional extra, and if so, which one?
