Car won’t unlock using key fobs, only locks/safe

Hello! I have this problem with a skoda octavia 2 non facelift. It no longer unlocks from the key fobs. I have two  keys both with remotes, both with changed batteries, I tried to resync both, no result. When I lock the car, all the doors go into safe mode, and if I press the unlock button, absolutely nothing happens. When I press unlock and turn on the ignition, the doors go from safe mode to locked, but they don't unlock. The only way to unlock the car is with the key in the door, physically. I can hear some clicks when i press the unlock button, but nothing happens. Do you have any advice or has anyone experienced something similar?
