Can anyone tell me the cheapest place to buy Golf 23mm arb?

VW R32 ARB?

VW i'd guess as everyone else will be buying it from them. Could try VAG Parts as they get bits from Europe iirc and knock em on cheaper.

I got my R32 ARB from VAGParts. Top service all round, and even with courier costs, they were a good tenner cheaper than a local VW main dealer. Something like £90 delivered to your door. I really recommend them.

(contrast that with oemparts.com, who said they wouldn't even sell the kit to me because it was too heavy and delivery costs would be unreasonable !)
