Speedometer and Rev counter illumination backlighting

Good afternoon all, hope you're well. 

I'm slowly lossing the backlights to the speedometer and revcounter, so such an extent, i won't have any left soon. It started with just the top sections of the dails, but now I've lost illumination of the needles themselves. All of the other backlights on the dash work fine. Is there a simple way to fix this? I'm guessing there isn't 😞
