Hello. Can anyone confirm the part number for a rear wiper motor of a 2011 Superb Wagon. I think it is 5J7955711B but sometimes i see it as a Yeti rear wiper motor. Do they share the same motor?

That number does seem correct for your car, but has been superseded by 5J7955711C.

 

Just replaced mine with a roomster one. They do fit.

Yeti roomster Fabia and superb shares the same rear wiper motor if I’m not wrong.

Same part number (including suffix) = same item, doesn't matter where it's found.
