01- Engine Management AAF8H/43768 on Octavia iv 2021

Hi. I have the above EML error and can't seem to find out what it is. It appeared at the same time time as Oxygen sensor 2 error. I replaced the sensor and that code was resolved but this remains. Skoda say all their errors begin with a p. Car seems to be ok (possibly a bit laggy in low revs maybe). Any help would be appreciated. This is appearing in the Hello Section by mistake. (not sure how to put it right)
