Eurolites headlamp converters for driving abroad

Has anybody travelled abroad with the LED lights? I had hoped there was a way to select driving on the right, but this may just be for full matrix lights. My headlight pattern does not appear in the Eurolites packaging. None of the Superb lights listed are even close. The most similar I can find is those listed for the Octavia Full LED (diagram 177 attached).
Does anybody have any insights here? I did fit them like this in the summer and got flashed a couple of times in 2 weeks, but unsure if this was because the lights are just bright rather than being poorly adapted.
