Bluetooth ,how do I install it ?

Featured Replies

Hello, i have a belaro head unit ,bluetooth is showing in the menu but I really can't find how to select it or if it's even possible .

Any ideas how I can get bluetooth to work or install a bluetooth adapter

Mk 2 1.6 Petrol octavis 2011 .

Depending on the car spec and If factory fitted the bluetooth unit is under 1 of the front seats and should be available through the maxidot display.

If its not fitted you may be cheaper/easier get an adaptor or an after market radio.

Hi mate, I bought an aux cable with usb c fitting at the other end and used the aux port in the arm rest. Doesn't work for calls, but is fine for playing Spotify etc.

As previous reply mentions, I'm sure the wiring is under drivers seat if you want to retrofit.

I have been looking at an aux Bluetooth kit too, but I think the location of the port may be an issue.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do
