Hi

After appearing to work normally for a month my SatNav has forgotten previous destinations and doesn’t remember my home or any favourites. Is this something others have seen? Have I made some sort of mistake?

Software hasn’t yet been updated from 1804.

Yes, that is an issue that is fixed by getting the software updated.

My Octavia had this version and would not remember the sat nave settings. Upgrading the software fixed it.

If this was bought as an official used Skoda the dealer should have updated it but they may need a little persuasion.
