Mk2 octavia rear subframe corrosion

Hello I've got a 2009 octavia estate 2.0 tdi laurin and klement model but after looking underneath it seems that it needs a rear beam / subframe...mine is the type with the separate bolt on arb .

Does anyone have a good one not too far from Sheffield area ...don't mind travelling....also does anyone know what the ebay none genuine ones are like ...mine has holes right next to where the rear bolts fasten the lower arms on and when driving on a motorway the rear seems to sway about ....the car is still on what looks like the original rear subframe at 225k
