Infotainment Screen (Traffication

Featured Replies

Has anyone had trouble with the infotainment screen & traffication/sat nav in particular, we had to do a 400 mile round trip today & when wanting to input post codes into the sat nav we had a problem, it wouldn’t respond it was like it was frozen, when we tapped letters numbers came up instead, then the stored radio stations were wiped off, obviously it will need to go back to the dealer, but it’s always nice to know if others have had similar problems?

Also when we got a phone call we couldn’t end it without getting out the actual phone to do it. Never had any problems before “traffication” started chipping in its two penorth which appears to have been a recent update?

Have you had any success with this? I started to get the same but very randomly. I could go a good 2/3 weeks then it would happen again. I thought it was the heat at first and once it cooled down all was good. However, few weeks ago I reset the system by holding the power button for about 15 secs. Fingers crossed, all is ok now. In fact the whole system speeded up!
