What was this, and what was it for? I think a dogs had it’s way with it. Same with the boot handle on the inside, but I’ve replaced that.

The little straps? That’s the holder for a warning triangle.

I bought one on Amazon for £5. Doubt I’ll ever use it, but the kind of thing that might save the car if you break down on a bend or somerhing.
