Virtual cockpit trip and mpg counters resetting themselves

I've started to get an issue with my virtual cockpit display on my 2020 superb 272. If I leave the car for a few days the trip computer and all the counters in the overview setting (long term, since refuel, since start) for mpg/distance etc reset to zero.

The cars battery seems good, checked with OBD 11 and also at its recent service, things like stop/start are working as normal, I'm a bit stumped.

Has anyone had similar? Any ideas on what could be the cause?
