BECAUSE THE AUTOBRAKE WAS NOT WORKING I USED THE KNOB ON THE CENTRE CONSEL THIS WAS VERY VIOLENT I HAD TO GET IT FIXED

Depending on what OBD tool you're using, the ABS sensor might just throw a pending/intermittent fault code, if the fault is not 'warning light level'. The same can happen for misfires, etc.

Not entirely sure what you're on about re the EPB.

After the abs fix, is the parking brake now working? Was it ok before the knock to the front?

The ob11 tool was useless it never detected any faults

By "Autobrake" do you mean Hill Hold, Parking brake or the anti-collision braking system? I would guess that only the last one would be affected by a defective bumper sensor.

(Talking about reversing into a wall and the car stopping you, rather than the full on Front Assist emergency braking system)

the auto brake comes on every time u stop when driving and hill hold when stopped i put the car in for a fix the replaced n/s rear brake senser cleared off all the listed faults over the last two weeks yes it was 181 pounds well spent at my local garage and other faults must have been listed as the car is running alot smoother now
