Getting P0018B2, P0068, TCS light and rough idle

I sometimes have the tcs light to turn on and and when i scan the obs2 code i get two fault codes P0018B2, P0068, it almost always turns on when im going slower in lower revs or at idle and the idle gets rougher, if i clear the codes everything goes back to normal and stays like that for a long time i havent had it happen in a couple of months but now its back.

It goes away if i restart the engine i have no idea where to start ive had the timing chain and 2 valves replaced 2 years ago
