Hi all,

I've noticed these white marks on the 2 front seats of my new Kamiq. They are in the same location on both seats. Have try vacuum on them but it did nothing.

Thoughts?

Unfortunately it makes no difference.

Maybe try some Vanish dry carpet cleaner? I'd test on an inconspicuous area first.

Is the marking identical on both seats?

Same locations but the shape and size is different.

What does the dealer say?

Asking them tomorrow. But I can hear the response now. It must be something that you have done.

I have similar marks on my seats. If I press on both sides of the seam to flatten the cloth the marks disappear. Seems to me that it’s the way the flecks in the fabric pattern catch the light.

I took the vehicle to the dealer yesterday and they said it was "normal" but had no idea why it happens. Your comment confirms their statement.
