Charge phone warning

Featured Replies

Hi guys
All of a sudden I am getting a charge your mobile phone warning coming up on the information screen on startup?
Phone has 75% charge.
Never done it before but now on every startup.

Any ideas?

Just had the same thing happen.

Phone has plenty charge also.

I get auto updates through Skoda Connect.

Looks like a bug.

Lots of people reporting it.

Don't know how to report it to Skoda?

I don`t know either.

I contacted Skoda UK, They told me to try a few things, a hard reset on the info system has seemed to have got rid of the warning...for now?

I held down the power button on the info system while car was running for 20 secs, it rebooted and now the charging message has gone.

Thanks for the info Walkabout.

Will try that and see what happens.

Tried the hard reset and the notice disappeared.

Switched on today after being parked overnight and its back.

Looks like Skoda will have to update something.

I have fixed my warning.

It seems I had a Update on my Samsung S23+ phone.

When I turned off "Battery Saver Mode" on the phone, the warning on the Bear goes away.
