Octavia 2025 Laura assistant

Featured Replies

Hello.

Do you have any idea if I must pay for Laura assistant to be enabled?

My car is brand new, June 2025, Selection trim with some extras for the winter.

I have the button on the wheel but if I press it, it will open Siri.

Infotainment system details: hardware 065, software 0226.

Thank you.

No idea but on mine a touch does Laura but holding it triggers Siri

Yes, same on mine: one click for Laura, presumably and hold for the Google lady

‘Laura’ is also voice activated, don’t need to single press the steering wheel button. Wake phrase is ‘Okay Laura’

I don’t understand…

On the previous Octavia (2023) I didn’t have to do anything, it was enabled by default and working on single press.

But in the same time, infotainment display was different: I had the Menu and Home icon on the left of the screen.

I will go to dealership in a few days and ask them what is the problem.

I have it but u think I’ve tried it a couple of times but never use it. Talking to my car isn’t a thing I find the need to do save for the occasional Siri command mostly for texting or calling someone or navigating somewhere

Hi there, I have the same hardware and software specifications, and also don't have Laura assistant, I think the assistant is only on 13' screen, you have to check it.

You could try checking online for the availability in your country, and by typing in your vehicle id number (VIN)
