New member here. Based in Sunny Scotland.

Got myself a 2014 octavia vrs petrol. Came from a rather unpractical Audi S5.

Will soon be picking brains on things to do to it. Already got stage 1 tune and few other small bits done. Infotainment unit next up.

Hi All, I want get any advice when it comes to using the obd11 or other such scanners on the facelift mk4, especially stuff like changing the settings for auto stop start and lane departure. Can you unlock the sfd2 with this device? There website is very confusing as to whether it will work. Cheers

Hi, My tensioner failed at low revs and speed, the car juddered and stalled. It restarted and I drove home about a mile steadily. It seemed to drive normally if a little noisy. Next day it would start but not run. The check engine light was on. Pretty sure the Timing jumped a tooth. Q. do the valves always hit the pistons? do the valves always bend? Might I get away with an new tensioner and re-time? TIA
