Yesterday I noticed a few apps had gone missing: Traffication, Offers, Service Campaigns, Pay to Park and Pay to Fuel. Also the Shop says “you are using an outdated version of the Shop.” It says I can update the software from the Notifications, but there’s nothing there to do this. I did have a couple of updates recently, Traffication and one about messaging. I’ve rebooted the infotainment system but no change. Has anyone else had this? Could it be a recent update has caused this?

Look under vehicle and then the settings. There should be a listing for software or similar. Open that to find the updates button.

That section was always empty as well. Funnily enough there was a large update that appeared last night, everything was fixed. Shop works again and the other Apps have come back.

Yep, I also had the same update as did several other Kamiq's

The update required 2-3 restarts to get it all done. But I also noticed that a few things went AWOL until the update fully completed.
