Evening all, anyone got any ideas as to why my Skoda app doesn’t unlock/lock the car unless it is near the car itself. It doesn’t connect with the car until I go near it.

So far I have re-booted the infotainment system, and also gone on as ‘guest’ to see if that would help, but no.

Has anyone got any ideas please?

It is only connecting via bluetooth, not via the cellular mobile network.
