Uncomfortable Ergo Seats

Featured Replies

I just collected my new to me 2024 Superb SEL estate, the 193 TDi with 4x4. The car is amazing and is exactly what I hoped for except for the front seats. Both my wife and I find them uncomfortable after about half an hour travelling. The problem is that there seems to be a very low level lumber support like bulge that presses forward into your pelvis. The electric lumber support works fine but leaves this pressure area even when fully retracted. As far as I can tell the massage works OK and does not leave any swollen areas behind.

Is this normal for these Ergo seats? - I had the older version in my Passat Alltrack that did not have this problem. If this is how they are meant to be I will just keep on footering with the seats to see if I can get them more comfortable.

Thanks for your help

It was tricky for me as well but after about a day trying different positions I finaly got it to suit me. It is a curse of too many settings. I also found that the seat has to be much lower to the deck than my old Skoda to get it comfortable.
