  1. Hi, I got L&K full leather with ventilation and masage. Coming from MK3 full leather seats without the extras on 98K miles. Old seats while showing slight wear but held great and for me were more comfortable whan new ones. New ones are also good but seems to be more narrow so every time I need to adjust myself in the middle of the seat. Done 13K in my MK4 with 2 trips over 2000 miles without an issue. Big and tall driver here.
  2. Your feet activate virtual pedal. Mine does the same.
  3. Many thanks that fixed it. I am not sure how it got activated.
  4. Hello, I drove my 2024 L&K 2.0 TDI from UK to Austria ~1800 miles without any issue but on the next morning after arrival rear seats control panel is non responsive. Passengers cannot activate seats heating or control rear zone temperature. Child locks are off on drivers door. Anyone had similar issue? Did I accidentally activated something that blocks that panel?
  5. It was tricky for me as well but after about a day trying different positions I finaly got it to suit me. It is a curse of too many settings. I also found that the seat has to be much lower to the deck than my old Skoda to get it comfortable.
  6. September 2024 Superb 4X4 TDI 193hp L&K trim 11k miles It is a great car and pleasure to drive all issues below I consider minor annoyances and I would not change the car because of those. So far the following issues: On cold morning due to frozen window front, lane assist and front emergency braking asist takes about 5-10 min to come online. Spoken to Skoda directly and there is no fix for this. It is the same issue in my friends Mercedes so it is a weakness in any car you buy. This fail resets automatic long beam lights so one needs to start them again. Fuel consumption is at best 47mpg UK. Thus being 4x4 may be expected. Still far cry from old EUro 6 TDI at 55mpg There is rattling noise from passenger door speaker...it is only if you play the music very loud and dealer will replace speaker and insulation in the door next month. Mirror slide down on reverse works only sometimes. No cure for that currently. Seat memory position does not work every time. So sometimes you need to press memory button to get to the right position. Emergency stop assist is too sensitive and alerts in some non treating situations. There is no cure for that, car went trough additional calibration in the dealer as an attempt to fix.
  7. Had one very short episode when censor failed again but none since that one so still monitoring.
  8. Skoda Bristol said the sensor needed calibration - picking the car today hopefully this was final fix.
  9. The new engine TDI on my 2024 superb 4x4 never gets over 49mpg + blue.
  10. I booked for 18th of Dec with Skoda Bristol. Will keep you posted.
  11. Well my 2016 Superb had no issues like that in 9 years. It only failed in very snowy conditions which was expected with snow covering the front completely. So the new ACC is not as robust as previous version.
  12. I understand that new combined sensor for the adaptive cruise control is using radar and camera. So when front camera gets foggy in cold wet weather ACC fails with "Sensor impaired error". Is this repairable? Should I claim it under warranty?
  13. I have done 11k miles with my 2024 superb had no issues apart from ACC sensor fails in heavy rain when car just starts. Looked it up and it might be the front camera getting condensation. It is still under warranty so I wonder if I need to claim.
  14. I am looking for good garage in Bristol as an alternative to official dealer. Hopefully with better rates.
