Front subframe alignment help

Featured Replies

I've just changed the clutch and am about to put the car (2010 2.0l 170 4x4) back together. The t10096 pins haven't worked in that only one tightened properly against the car at 20nm. The other 3 just tightened against the subframe unbeknownst to me until I removed it. As a result the tapered alignment collars are loose 🤬 .

I don't know enough to know if taking the car for laser / hunter style wheel alignment will fix the problem or if the subframe frame needs sorting before that can happen?
