What is the correct annual type oil (not long life) to use in a 2010 vrs disel

Id say any 5w30 that meets VW 504.00/507.00 spec.

Maybe 0w30 if really cold climate

Look in the manual

You may even get away with 502.00 spec as it's pretty old

Added some info

From memory on my 1.9tdi it was vw 504/505 but it had no dpf. Think its 507 if DPF fitted.
