Hi, I have a Skoda Skala with Virtual Cockpit and can only display one fuel consumption figure. I'd like to have two, as shown in the picture. Do I need an update? I'm attaching a picture of my software. Please help.

Hi Paanki, I admit I'm in a my15 Octavia, so probably different, but in my infotainment system I found the OSD on-screen display settings and there's a list of available items. In my car I just scroll up and down between the two. Possibly a similar arrangement on your Scala?

Unfortunately, only what's visible is available. I want the visible left gauge, where the engine speed is, to display both average fuel consumption and current fuel consumption. I've noticed that newer models, including pre-facelift models, have this option.

Sorry, my Polish is useless, but that looks like System Information, which is a different screen.

If you press Menu, do you get options like Sound, Settings, Vehicle? If yes go Vehicle>Setup>Multifunction Display. There I have a list of MFD Settings

Obviously this is on my much older unit MIB1, and I've got the English labels!

Unfortunately, I don't have such an option on my MIB3 infotainment system. I've looked through everything in the car and haven't found the option. I'm quite proficient at this, and I think if it were an option in the car, I could handle it. I think it's a matter of updating, but I'm looking for confirmation from someone who has had a similar problem.

This totally depends on what you select using the chrome scroll wheel. If you have MIB 3 try selecting Overview in the menu options. Then select. I'm not sure if selecting fuel consumption as potions in the left and right hand gauges overrides what you see in the centre.

For sure I have my centre display set to Overview and I see fuel consumption information there both instantaneous and since I refuelled plus miles since I refueled.

For the two round dials I use classic view and have gear selected in one and digital speed in the other.

In my overview, the average fuel consumption is displayed in the center of the screen, but there's no instantaneous fuel consumption. The right and left clocks display functions independent of what's displayed in the center view. It seems to me that my Virtual Cockpit doesn't have the appropriate software. It's from 2019, so it was first manufactured/sold in Poland, and may not have the appropriate update. My question is, where can I download such an update and install it in the Virtual Cockpit

You may find that you need to visit a Skoda dealer.

While it's possible to download Map updates from Skoda I do not think they offer Infotainment updates this way.
