My radio keeps changing over to this display regularly, press OK, then switch radio off, then on again, radio stations reappear, or, press menu then select radio, how do I stop this happening??.

Might be difficult to advise on as a 2026 VW Polo seems to have a different infotainment unit (image below) to any of those fitted to Skoda Mk4 models.
