Hi, when we try to use the back wiper on our Citigo no water comes out of the nozzle. Instead, it comes down the inside of the back window. We are wondering if the water pipe has become disconnected from the nozzle - does anyone know how to fix this, please? Thank you.

Quite often the washer pipe breaks inside the black rubber sheath between the hatch and the bodywork.

Open the hatch and it is in the top left hand corner.

You want to pull the sheath back and look inside.
