2021 vRS iv

Featured Replies

I'm thinking of buying a 2021 vrs iv with 30k on the clock. Paranoia reigns, should l do it? What should l look out for on a test drive? I do about 8k a year. Short journeys with the odd long distance trio about 10 times a year.

I'm reading lot's of stuff about infotainment glitches etc, which is scaring me.

My current car is ageing 14 plate petrol vRS. Recently it's randomly throwing up an epc light, obd scan shows it to be an intake manifold fault. Plus the dsg is starting to hesitate when setting off and reversing, even after 2 oil changes since new tbf, this has been happening for about two years, but it's time to let her go.

Any advice much appreciated

Are you going to be charging it at home? The oil changes were supposed to be on the fixed regime. with the PHEV. 9,400 miles / 12 months. The spark plugs should have been changed. The DQ400-e DSG Service is due @ 40,000 miles.
