For at least 2 months now, when I talk via Bluetooth (android auto), my interlocutors tell me that they can't hear me at all at times (not always).

The day before yesterday, when I did an error check using ODB 11, I found this error code. I turned it off, but it reappeared the moment I wanted to talk again.

So I had some questions.

1st, can the sensitivity of the microphone be adjusted?

2nd, where is the microphone, is it definitely on the ceiling light, is it built-in or a separate module?

3rd, has anything similar happened to anyone?
